SHAKE ‘EM AND BAKE ‘EM VEGGIES
4 tablespoons olive oil
Cut the corn in 3 pieces, peel and dice the potatoes, peel and slice the carrot.
Slice the pepper and cut the green onions.
Mix the seasonings together.
Put all the veggies in a large bowl and sprinkle spice mix over them.
Toss to coat.
Add the olive oil and shake them up again.
Wrap them up in heavy duty tin foil and bake in the oven at 350 for 1 hour.
