QUICKIE STIR FRY from Barbara








I steam-fried a tray of pre-cut veggies for 10 minutes, then added a couple of tbsp. of soya sauce and 1/2 cup Chinese noodles. I let that simmer for a few minutes and then stirred in a tbsp. corn starch mixed with 1/4 cup water. I just added a little salt and pepper.
