GROUND PORK LOAF WITH MASHED POTATO AND MUSHROOM GRAVY




3 cups of ground pork
1 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 cup of rainbow bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
sprinkles of black pepper, onion and garlic powder
Mix all the ingredients together and bake in a pan for 40 minutes on 325.
Boil potatoes and mash them. Add a sprinkle of salt and black pepper. Cover the pork loaf with the mashed potatoes and cover with two tablespoons butter.
Bake for 30 minutes on 325.
In a saucepan use three tablespoons of butter as well as three tablespoons of flour. Turn the temperature to 4 and mix until well blended. Add 2 cups of boiling water to the pan and keep mixing. The gravy will thicken. Add your chopped fresh mushroom and allow to simmer for 8 minutes on 3.
Serve your pork loaf with the gravy mixture on top and enjoy.
